All reservations must be prepaid in order to be able to guarantee the charter
Our Flights Depart from Luis Muñoz Marín Int’l Airports in San Juan, Puerto Rico and fly to the Caribbean Islands for Culebra and St Barth's please call us.
We strongly recommend carry-ons or duffle bags only up to a maximum of 30 pounds per passenger. Remember you are going to the Caribbean ... sandals, shorts, t-shirts, sunny dress, & don't forget your bathing suits & suntan lotion.
Day Trip is considered when you depart & return the same day and a special fee is charged per hour of waiting time. Drop Off is considered when departing one day and returning a different day.
Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash or manager's checks. For reservation purposes, managers check must be received 20 days in advance. Flights not paid in full within 24 hours without prior verbal confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Remember a paid flight is a confirmed flight! Cancellation Policy:
(24 hours before your flight - 100% penalty)
(1 - 6 days before your flight - 75% penalty)
(7 - 30 days before your flight - 50% penalty)
(31 plus days before your flight - 25% penalty)
Rescheduling can be made for up to 32 days of original flight reservation Departure based on availability with a $250 Charge. No Show will lose full charter payment.
Sebastian Aero Services Inc. does not assume any responsibility for factors beyond our control like for example weather delays and expenses resulting from failure to make connections on other flights with other operators.
However, in the event there is space due to delays in arrivals and connecting with us we can be flexible based on availability, its important to communicate with us of any flight arrival delays at 787-630-5389 via Text.
The first hour and thereafter it is at $200 per hour. Please keep in mind, wait time must be coordinated ahead of time to ensure other flights are not impacted by caused delays consequentially "wait time".
We can accommodate you in the following ways, according to your preferences. There will be no fees or fare adjustment charges. If you want to change your itinerary, we will make an arrangement on the reservation change reception period which is up to within 32 days from the departure date of the original reservation.
Sebastian Aero Services will issue no refunds for weather delays and passengers may not be entitled to flight delay compensation in case of bad weather despite the inconvenience the disruption may have caused.
Sebastian Aero Services will not carry fire arms in our flights except for active duty Local Enforcement Officer.

Prior to booking the passengers must inform us you are traveling with a pet while making a reservation, there are certain country specific requirements are to be fulfilled before we depart.
We are happy to accommodate a passenger with a service animal requirements. Pets are required to have good Hygiene cleaning and cleaning fees apply call us at 787-630-5389.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR CHARTER, IF PASSENGER BEHAVIOR REPRESENTS A THREAT TO THE SAFETY OF THE FLIGHT.
We do allow that you carry on your liquor to your destination, however it may not be consumed onboard during the complete duration of the charter flight as stated under Federal Aviation Regulations.
