Passengers must present a valid government-issued ID or passport, depending on the destination. For international flights, immigration and customs documentation will be coordinated in advance.
Luggage capacity depends on passenger count and weight and mission type. As a general guideline, we allow up to 30 lbs. per passenger ( Carry-on bag ), but we’ll confirm exact limits during booking. We strongly recommend carry-ons or duffle bags only, with a maximum of 30 pounds per passenger. You're heading to the Caribbean — pack light.
Yes, subject to aircraft and crew availability. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, but we’re equipped to handle urgent requests when possible.
Proper attire is required. We reserve the right to refuse boarding if attire is deemed inappropriate.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before departure, a 100% penalty will be charged.
Yes. The first hour is free, and thereafter a $250/hour fee applies.
• Alcohol is not permitted onboard our aircraft at any time.
• Firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, unless authorized in advance under applicable law and with proper documentation.
